Doing my last-minute cleaning so the house won’t be so cluttered when we get home in a week!
The roomie just got offered a new job, so he’s out running around getting all that paperwork & such done, but he’s going to be commandeered once he gets back, you can bet on that. I’ve got most of my stuff packed already–just have to toss in the last-minute stuff in the morning like PJs, deodorant, & charger cords.
It’ll be good to be back at the beach again. I don’t think I could live there (I’d worry too much about erosion) but I do enjoy my visits. Mostly planning to sit on the porch listening to the surf while I work on my short stories. I’ve got three or four anthologies I’m writing for this month, so it’s going to be tight, but that will keep me from slacking off. I’ll post photos once we arrive & I get the camera out!
