What I’m Reading: Murder in an Irish Village

This is a cozy by Carlene O’Connor that I just started, Book 1 in a series.

I literally just started reading so I can’t say whether or not I’m enjoying it but I love all things Irish and I love mysteries, so how bad can it be, right? The premise is that a family of six who’ve just lost their parents are running a cafe and find a patron murdered at his seat. It’s a cozy, so you know everything will turn out all right in the end, but I’m hoping for some great scenery, some unique turns of phrases and idioms, and a little culture. We’ll see how it comes out and if I like the series, I’ll do a report once I finish the last book.
