What Inspires Me: Old Bridges

We took a little day trip up to the mountains to see a couple of old bridges. One is a stone bridge supposedly designed by the same man who designed the White House and another is the only functioning covered bridge in the state. Here are some of the photos:

My legs and hip are a bit sore from hiking down to the base of the bridge, but it was an inspiring visit in each place. We also spotted another photographer at the covered bridge … she had somehow talked her model into actually getting into the river … that’s mountain spring water folks … BRRR!
